Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within 24 hours
- Optimize payment cycles using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Collaborate with international teams across multiple time zones
- Implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Ensure SOX compliance and audit readiness
- Mentor junior AP specialists
Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience in finance sector
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- SAP/Oracle ERP certification preferred

- Night shift availability (10 PM - 6 AM)
