Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable cycle for 500+ vendors
- Process high-volume invoices with 99.8% accuracy in Oracle ERP
- Reconcile AP sub-ledgers and resolve discrepancies
- Lead month-end closing activities and audits
- Implement process improvements reducing invoice processing time by 20%
- Collaborate with procurement on vendor terms optimization
- Train 2 junior AP specialists on system protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years AP experience with Oracle/SAP ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- CPA or CMA certification preferred
- Proven track record in high-volume AP environments
- Experience with 3-way matching and international payments
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects
