Responsibilities
- Manage full accounts payable cycle including invoice processing, verification, and payment scheduling
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies with precision
- Optimize payment processes to ensure timely and accurate disbursements
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to resolve payment issues
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial documentation
- Analyze spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX regulations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience with high-volume processing
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros)
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with 3-way matching and purchase order systems
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
