- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate payment terms
- Conduct month-end close procedures and financial reporting
- Implement process improvements to reduce processing time by 20%
- Train junior AP staff on system protocols and compliance standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Advanced proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred

- Proven experience with 3-way matching and SOX compliance
