Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with accurate reporting
- Conduct detailed variance analysis and budget forecasting to support strategic decisions
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Collaborate with auditors during financial reviews and tax season
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience with multi-entity systems
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP platforms (SAP/Oracle)
- Deep understanding of GAAP, tax codes, and financial reporting standards
