Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable cycle for 500+ vendors
- Process high-volume invoices (avg. 300+ weekly) using SAP and Oracle
- Resolve payment discrepancies and vendor inquiries within SLAs
- Reconcile vendor statements and conduct month-end close activities
- Implement process improvements using Power BI analytics
- Collaborate with procurement on 3-way matching for POs
- Lead AP audit preparation and documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume AP experience in corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- SAP and Oracle ERP certification preferred
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to process 200+ invoices daily
- Experience with sales tax compliance across multiple states
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
