Responsibilities
- Process and verify high-volume vendor invoices and expense reports with 99.9% accuracy
- Manage complex payment cycles including international wire transfers and ACH transactions
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies within SLAs
- Optimize AP processes using SAP and Oracle ERP systems
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly and annual compliance reviews
- Mentor junior AP staff on best practices and regulatory requirements
- Analyze payment trends to identify cost-saving opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of high-volume AP experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and Oracle ERP systems
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) designation preferred
- Expert knowledge of GAAP, SOX compliance, and internal controls
- Proven experience managing international vendor payments and forex
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
