Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processing for 500+ vendors using SAP and Oracle ERP systems
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls for payment authorization and reconciliation
- Lead month-end closing activities including accruals and payment audits
- Develop vendor management strategies optimizing payment terms and early payment discounts
- Automate invoice workflows using OCR technology and robotic process automation
- Conduct spend analysis and provide actionable insights to treasury operations
- Mentor junior AP staff and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- 5+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience in multinational corporations
- Advanced proficiency in SAP AP module and Excel with VBA scripting
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) designation preferred
- Demonstrated experience with 3-way matching and T&E auditing
- Proven track record of implementing automation tools in AP workflows
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
