Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes including invoice verification, coding, and payment scheduling
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within SLAs
- Optimize payment workflows using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Collaborate with procurement and treasury on payment terms and discounts
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal audit requirements
- Analyze aging reports and implement process enhancements
- Lead month-end closing activities for AP sub-ledger
Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience in corporate settings
- Expert proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Excel
- Certification in AP or finance (e.g., CAPP) preferred
- Proven experience with electronic payment systems (ACH/Wire)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
