Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices (200+ daily) with 99.8% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within SLAs
- Manage 1099 vendor relationships and tax documentation
- Optimize AP workflows using SAP and NetSuite systems
- Collaborate with procurement on vendor contract terms
- Lead month-end closing activities for AP sub-ledger
- Train junior AP staff on best practices and compliance
Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume AP experience in tech/finance
- Expert proficiency in SAP, NetSuite, and Excel VLOOKUP
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) preferred
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance (CA, TX, NY)
- Proven track record of process improvement initiatives
- BS/BA in Accounting or Finance required
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
