Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processing for 500+ vendors
- Oversee invoice verification, coding, and payment scheduling
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Implement process improvements using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Coordinate with procurement and finance teams on vendor contracts
- Ensure compliance with SOX and internal controls
- Lead month-end closing activities for AP subledger
- Analyze payment trends and report on KPIs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in accounts payable with high-volume processing
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Excel
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with 3-way matching and vendor audits
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
