Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes including invoice verification, coding, and payment processing
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within SLAs
- Optimize payment cycles and implement process improvements for efficiency
- Collaborate with procurement and treasury teams on vendor management initiatives
- Maintain accurate financial records in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Conduct month-end closing activities and support financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal audit requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience in fast-paced environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial compliance standards
- Proven ability to manage high-volume transaction processing
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- AP or CIPA certification highly desirable
- Experience with automation tools like Coupa or Tipalti
