Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices and expense reports with exceptional accuracy
- Manage vendor relationships, resolving discrepancies and negotiating payment terms
- Conduct three-way matching for purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
- Reconcile AP sub-ledgers and resolve outstanding issues promptly
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce processing time
- Maintain organized digital and physical documentation systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience in a corporate setting
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with high-volume payment processing and vendor management
