Responsibilities
- End-to-end accounts payable processing including invoice verification, coding, and payment execution
- Vendor relationship management and resolution of payment discrepancies
- Reconciliation of AP sub-ledgers and general ledger accounts
- Implementation of process improvements using automation tools (e.g., Coupa, Ariba)
- Month-end closing support and financial reporting preparation
- Compliance with SOX controls and internal audit requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience in a corporate setting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Certification (e.g., CAPP) preferred
- Experience with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Teams)
