Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable processing including invoice verification, coding, and payment scheduling
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within SLAs
- Process expense reports and ensure compliance with company policies
- Collaborate with procurement and treasury teams on payment optimization
- Conduct month-end closing activities and AP reconciliations
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Maintain organized electronic and physical documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of accounts payable experience in a corporate environment
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data validation
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required (Bachelor's preferred)
- AP or CPMA certification highly desirable
- Experience with high-volume transaction processing (500+ invoices/month)
