Responsibilities
- Manage and process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently within ERP systems.
- Review and verify invoices for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies.
- Resolve vendor discrepancies and issues through effective communication and negotiation.
- Perform month-end and year-end close procedures related to Accounts Payable.
- Assist with financial reporting and audit preparation as required.
- Maintain vendor master records and manage the AP aging report.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable.
- Proficiency with AP software (SAP, NetSuite, or QuickBooks) is highly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups).
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and internal controls.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
