Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices, expense reports, and payment reconciliations
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies
- Implement and improve AP workflows using NetSuite and Concur
- Conduct month-end closing and accrual reviews
- Collaborate with auditors during financial reviews
- Analyze spending trends and provide optimization recommendations
- Maintain compliance with SOX and internal controls
Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience in tech/fintech
- Proficiency in NetSuite, Concur, and Microsoft Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with remote team collaboration tools (Slack, Asana)
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
