Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processing for 500+ vendors
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Optimize invoice approval workflows using NetSuite
- Lead month-end closing activities
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly reviews
- Implement process improvements using automation tools
- Maintain compliance with SOX controls
Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience
- Advanced proficiency in NetSuite or ERP systems
- Certification in AP automation (e.g., Appian, UiPath) preferred
- Expertise in 3-way matching and PO validation
- Strong analytical skills with Excel pivot tables
- Experience managing international payments
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
