Responsibilities
- Process and verify high-volume invoices with 99.8% accuracy
- Manage expense reports and corporate card reconciliations
- Conduct 3-way matching for purchase orders and receipts
- Assist with month-end closing and journal entries
- Resolve vendor inquiries and payment discrepancies
- Maintain AP aging reports and cash flow analysis
- Collaborate with procurement on vendor terms optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 4+ years of accounts payable experience
- Advanced proficiency in SAP/Oracle and Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls
- Proven experience with high-volume processing
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in remote work environments
