Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes including invoice verification, coding, and payment processing
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies with pro-active communication
- Process expense reports and ensure compliance with company policies
- Collaborate with procurement team to resolve payment disputes and optimize terms
- Maintain accurate vendor master data and payment records in SAP
- Prepare monthly AP aging reports and support month-end closing activities
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce processing time
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on accounts payable experience in a corporate setting
- Proficiency in SAP or equivalent ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, NetSuite)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage high-volume transactions with accuracy
- Experience in logistics or manufacturing industries preferred
- Professional certification (e.g., CAPP, APP) a plus
