Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes including invoice verification, coding, and payment processing
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies with precision
- Optimize payment cycles to maximize cash flow efficiency
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams on vendor management
- Implement process improvements using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX regulations
- Lead month-end closing activities related to AP
Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Expert in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Proven ability to process 200+ invoices monthly
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- BS in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- AP/CPM certification a plus
