Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable cycle including invoice processing, verification, and payment scheduling
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies with precision
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to implement process improvements
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations
- Oversee expense report processing and employee reimbursements
- Generate monthly AP reports and analyze key performance metrics
- Maintain accurate vendor master data and payment terms
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on accounts payable experience in a corporate setting
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite preferred)
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and financial controls
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to manage high-volume transaction processing
