Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoice payments and reconcile vendor statements
- Implement and optimize AP automation systems (e.g., AvidXchange, Coupa)
- Conduct 3-way matching for purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies
- Prepare month-end closing reports and accruals
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal audit requirements
- Train junior AP staff on system protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle NetSuite, or QuickBooks)
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Experience with AP automation tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Remote work proficiency with reliable internet connection
