Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoice payments across 500+ vendors with 99.7% accuracy
- Conduct 3-way matching for POs, receipts, and invoices using SAP and Oracle systems
- Resolve payment discrepancies and vendor disputes within SLA timelines
- Optimize A/P workflows to reduce processing time by 15%
- Prepare month-end closing reports and reconciliation schedules
- Lead cross-departmental audits for tax compliance and expense controls
- Maintain digital filing systems with ISO 9001 standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience in corporate environments
- Expert proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics AP modules
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) designation preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and macros
- Proven experience in multi-state tax compliance and 1099 processing
- Strong analytical skills for fraud detection and anomaly investigation
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
