- Collaborate with procurement and accounting teams on vendor relationships
- Implement and maintain internal controls for AP processes
- Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Prepare monthly AP reports for financial review
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on accounts payable experience in a corporate setting
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience with high-volume payment processing (1000+ invoices monthly)
