Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable operations including invoice processing, vendor payments, and expense reimbursements
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies with precision
- Implement and optimize AP automation systems using NetSuite and Oracle
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams on vendor contract compliance
- Prepare month-end closing reports and AP aging analyses
- Lead process improvement initiatives to reduce processing time by 25%
- Train junior AP staff on best practices and system usage
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 5+ years AP experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AP automation tools
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Expertise in 3-way matching and SOX compliance procedures
- Proven ability to manage high-volume payment processing (1000+ invoices/month)
- Experience with international payment processing and currency conversions
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
