Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes including invoice verification, coding, and payment processing
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within SLA timelines
- Optimize payment cycles through ACH and virtual card implementations
- Collaborate with procurement on vendor master data maintenance
- Support month-end closing with AP accruals and reconciliations
- Implement process improvements using NetSuite or similar ERP systems
- Lead 1099 compliance and vendor audits
Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience in tech or finance
- Expert proficiency in NetSuite, QuickBooks, or SAP
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Strong analytical skills for discrepancy resolution
- AP certification (CAPP or similar) preferred
- Experience with virtual payment platforms (Melio, Tipalti)
- Ability to thrive in deadline-driven environments
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required
