Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable cycle including invoice verification, coding, and processing
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within SLAs
- Optimize payment processing for 500+ vendors using NetSuite ERP
- Collaborate with procurement on vendor contracts and payment terms
- Implement process improvements using automation tools (e.g., Coupa)
- Ensure SOX compliance and maintain audit-ready documentation
- Lead month-end closing activities for AP sub-ledger
Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience in tech or SaaS
- Expertise in NetSuite, QuickBooks, or ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Certification in AP/AR (e.g., APP, CAPP) preferred
- Proven track record of process optimization
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with international payment processing
