Responsibilities
- Process high-volume vendor invoices and payments via ACH/check
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within SLAs
- Optimize AP workflows using NetSuite and QuickBooks Online
- Collaborate with procurement on 3-way matching for PO-based invoices
- Prepare month-end AP reports and accruals
- Lead process improvement initiatives for AP efficiency
- Maintain compliance with SOX controls and audit requirements
Qualifications
- 5+ years in accounts payable with remote work experience
- Advanced proficiency in NetSuite/QuickBooks Online
- Expert in 3-way matching and PO processing
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Experience with high-volume payment processing (1000+ invoices/month)
- Proven track record of process optimization
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required
