Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices and expense reports within Net-30 terms
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Implement and optimize AP workflows using Oracle ERP systems
- Collaborate with procurement on 3-way matching and PO validation
- Manage 1099 vendor compliance and tax documentation
- Lead month-end closing activities for AP subledger
- Train junior staff on AP best practices and system navigation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume AP experience with Oracle/SAP
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and AP automation tools
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience managing 50+ vendor relationships
- Knowledge of Ohio sales tax regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required
