- Optimize payment cycles using NetSuite ERP system
- Lead month-end closing activities for AP modules
- Develop process improvements reducing processing time by 15%
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly compliance reviews
- Maintain digital filing systems for audit trails
Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume AP experience in Dallas/Fort Worth
- Advanced proficiency in NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle ERP
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Expertise in 3-way matching and W-9 compliance
- Proven success implementing process automation tools
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required
