Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within 48 hours
- Implement process improvements using NetSuite ERP system
- Manage month-end closing activities for AP ledger
- Collaborate with procurement team on vendor contract terms
- Conduct 3-way matching for PO/invoice/receipt documentation
- Lead cross-departmental AP audits twice annually
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of high-volume accounts payable management
- Advanced proficiency in NetSuite and Microsoft Excel
- Expertise in sales tax compliance across multiple states
- Proven experience with 3-way matching and invoice auditing
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- APICS or CAPP certification preferred
