Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions within Net 30 terms
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Manage 1099 reporting and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with procurement on vendor contract terms
- Implement process improvements using SAP and Oracle ERP systems
- Lead month-end closing activities for AP sub-ledger
- Train junior AP staff on compliance procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required
- 5+ years AP experience with high-volume processing
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- SAP or Oracle ERP implementation experience
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong communication for cross-departmental collaboration
- Experience in multi-state tax compliance
