Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes for 500+ vendors
- Reconcile monthly statements and resolve discrepancies within SLAs
- Implement process improvements using SAP and Oracle ERP systems
- Coordinate with auditors during quarterly financial reviews
- Maintain vendor master data and payment terms accuracy
- Lead month-end closing activities for AP sub-ledger
- Train junior staff on AP best practices and compliance
Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience in UK/EU markets
- Proficiency in SAP FICO and Oracle AP modules
- ACCA/CIMA part-qualified or equivalent finance certification
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Experience with VAT/GST compliance across multiple jurisdictions
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
