Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including month-end closings and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely payment processing
- Conduct audits and implement internal controls to ensure compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP) to maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare tax documents and coordinate with external auditors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- CPA certification or active pursuit preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with GAAP compliance and financial reporting
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
