Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices (150+ daily) with 99.8% accuracy
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies within 24 hours
- Reconcile AP sub-ledgers and GL accounts monthly
- Implement process improvements using SAP and Oracle systems
- Coordinate audits and ensure SOX compliance
- Train junior AP staff on best practices
- Analyze spend data for cost optimization opportunities
Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume AP experience in corporate settings
- Expert proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Proven track record in month-end close
- Ability to manage competing deadlines with composure
