Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Implement and maintain internal controls for AP processes
- Collaborate with procurement and treasury teams on payment strategies
- Analyze AP data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate payment terms
- Prepare monthly AP reports for finance leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in accounts payable with high-volume transaction exposure
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) preferred
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls
- Experience with 1099 vendor compliance
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication abilities
