Responsibilities
- Process high-volume vendor invoices and expense reports with 99.9% accuracy
- Reconcile AP sub-ledgers and resolve discrepancies within 48 hours
- Manage 1099 vendor compliance and tax documentation
- Collaborate with procurement on vendor payment terms optimization
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for AP processes
- Train junior staff on ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Support month-end closing activities
Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume AP experience in corporate environment
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- SAP or Oracle ERP certification preferred
- SOX compliance and internal audit experience
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance required
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to meet strict deadlines in fast-paced setting
