Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions using SAP and Oracle systems
- Conduct three-way matching for POs, receipts, and invoices with 99.9% accuracy
- Optimize vendor payment cycles to maximize early payment discounts
- Lead month-end closing activities for AP reconciliation
- Implement process improvements using automation tools like Coupa
- Manage international payment processing across 15+ currencies
- Collaborate with auditors during SOX compliance reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of high-volume AP experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- SAP and Oracle implementation experience
- Expertise in sales tax compliance across multiple states
- Proven track record of reducing processing costs by 20%+
- Certification in Accounts Payable (CAPP) or equivalent
