Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable/receivable processing for high-volume transactions
- Perform month-end reconciliations for bank accounts and general ledger accounts
- Prepare financial reports and variance analysis for executive leadership
- Coordinate with auditors during quarterly and annual compliance reviews
- Maintain digital filing systems with strict adherence to SOX compliance standards
- Lead process improvements for accounting workflows using ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/CMA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle accounting operations
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and SAP
- Proven expertise in SOX compliance and internal controls
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience managing high-volume transaction processing
