Responsibilities
- <ul><li>Manage daily accounts payable and receivable processes with high accuracy.</li><li>Perform bank reconciliations and credit card statement reviews on a monthly basis.</li><li>Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and journal entries.</li><li>Maintain and organize financial records, ensuring compliance with GAAP standards.</li><li>Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate discrepancies promptly.</li><li>Process payroll inputs and manage employee expense reports.</li></ul>
Qualifications
- <ul><li>Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred.</li><li>3+ years of professional experience in an accounting or clerical role.</li><li>Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage) and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).</li><li>Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced corporate environment.</li></ul>
