Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable/receivable with 99.8% accuracy
- Prepare month-end closing reports and reconciliations
- Process payroll for 50+ employees using ADP system
- Analyze financial trends and variance reports
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and SOX regulations
- Lead cross-departmental financial audits
- Implement process improvements using QuickBooks Online
Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounting experience with 2+ in senior roles
- Expertise in QuickBooks, Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- BS/BA in Accounting or Finance required
- CPA or CMA certification preferred
- Proven experience with SOX compliance
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
