Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable with precision using NetSuite
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts monthly
- Prepare financial reports and variance analyses for management
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and audits
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and internal controls
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- CPA or bookkeeping certification preferred
