Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable/receivable with high-volume transaction processing
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis for executive review
- Reconcile bank accounts and resolve discrepancies with meticulous attention to detail
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Implement and maintain internal controls for financial data integrity
- Collaborate with auditors during compliance reviews
- Utilize ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) for financial reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in high-volume environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and QuickBooks
- Proven expertise in GAAP and SOX compliance
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling
- Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities
- Professional certification (e.g., CMA, CPA) highly desirable
