Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Resolve account inquiries and educate clients on digital banking solutions
- Balance cash drawers and maintain strict compliance with banking regulations
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services
- Operate teller systems and maintain secure transaction records
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve monthly sales targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficient in basic math and financial software systems
- Strong attention to detail with ability to spot discrepancies
- Excellent communication skills in English (bilingual Spanish a plus)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Must pass background check and federal banking compliance training
- Availability for flexible shifts including weekends
