Responsibilities
- Manage complex accounts payable/receivable cycles with high-volume transactions
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements for executive review
- Coordinate with auditors during quarterly and annual compliance reviews
- Maintain accurate general ledger reconciliations across multiple entities
- Implement and optimize accounting software workflows for efficiency
- Lead month-end closing processes with zero-tolerance for errors
- Provide financial insights to support strategic business decisions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with 3+ years of experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel with macros
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Enrolled Agent (EA) preferred
- Proven track record of managing multi-currency transactions
- Expertise in GAAP compliance and SOX regulations
