Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable/receivable with high-volume transactions
- Prepare detailed financial statements and monthly reconciliations
- Coordinate with auditors during quarterly and annual reviews
- Implement and optimize accounting software systems
- Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and internal controls
- Lead month-end closing processes
- Mentor junior accounting staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (required)
- 5+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and SAP
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
- Expertise in multi-state tax compliance
