Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable/receivable for 50+ clients
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with reconciliations
- Oversee payroll processing for multiple business entities
- Coordinate with auditors and tax preparation teams
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries in QuickBooks
- Implement process improvements for financial workflows
- Train junior accounting staff on compliance procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 5+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- CPA or EA certification preferred
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Proven track record of process optimization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
