Responsibilities
- Manage multi-entity general ledger reconciliations with precision and accuracy
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles for high-volume transactions
- Prepare complex financial statements and regulatory compliance reports
- Lead month-end closing processes with zero-tolerance for errors
- Implement and optimize internal accounting controls
- Collaborate with executive team on strategic financial initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise and Excel VBA
- Proven track record in SOX compliance and audit preparation
- Advanced knowledge of GAAP and multi-state tax regulations
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation required
