Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable/receivable with 99.9% accuracy
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Reconcile bank accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Implement and improve accounting workflows using ERP systems
- Collaborate with auditors during financial reviews
- Maintain digital and physical financial records with HIPAA-compliant protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of hands-on accounting experience in corporate settings
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- CPA or CMA certification preferred
- Expertise in GAAP compliance and financial regulations
- Proven ability to manage high-volume transactions
